Water is an experimental film told from the perspective of a fish bought at Petco and kept inside its plastic bag. The fish drifts through a series of encounters—carried across city streets, suspended in trees, floating in rivers, brought to the edge of the ocean, passing through tunnels. Its fragile, transparent container becomes both vessel and prison: a microcosm that shapes its perception of the world.

The film draws a parallel between the fish and ourselves—humans living within invisible boundaries, mistaking the plastic bag for the entirety of existence. Outside lies a vast, complex reality, one we can glimpse but rarely inhabit. Water becomes a meditation on confinement and possibility, on the tension between fragile enclosures and the larger worlds they conceal.
